I’m a Berlin-based theatre expert equipped with a degree in clowning and a PhD in theatre history. I’m passionate about musical theatre and creating productions of quality.
I am on stage since I was 9 years old. (It is not a family thing.) I put together my own first show at the age of 13. It wasn’t good, but the next one was better: me and my sister performed it hundreds of times.
Comedy was my strongest suit, so I obtained a clown degree in the Hungarian State Circus School. In the next 10 years I have worked as a freelancer artist. Still, I remained fascinated not just by how things
work but why things work.
I started researching the theory and practice of musical theatre. I obtained three other diplomas and a PhD summa cum laude. Beside research, I am keen on science communication as well; I create shows,
exhibitions and design.
After working in the Operetta Theatre in Budapest, I moved to Berlin to pursue my – not so secret – dream of directing. I did my practice in stage directing at the Komische Oper Berlin in May 2019; a unique
place to learn from.
If not now, when? Tell me about your project and let's work together!
